It certainly didn’t take me long to get bored with that old site design. This new design is a heavily modified layout from my personal favorite WordPress design group, Elegant Themes. I highly, highly recommend them — $40 a year for access to several dozen absolutely gorgeous themes.
Some of the features of the new layout include:
- Featured articles. The latest articles post on the site will always appear across the top with their big, happy, attractive background images.
- Featured categories. Reviews, lists, and articles are all front-and-center, not smushed behind a bunch of more recent stuff.
- Featured popular posts. Pretty self-explanatory.
- Twitter feed. I’m on Twitter at DDJGames as well, so feel free to follow me over there.
